Fly-n-hi
I was thinking it would be nice to see all the 2012 completed builds in one thread instead of 25 different "Year in Review" threads. This way you can easily find pics that piqued your interest instead of searching through all the "review" threads. I'll start if you guys wanna participate...and if not...well that's cool, too. Here's a 1/200 Hasegawa TWA 727-200: 1/48 Hasegawa F/A-18E Royal Maces: 1/48 Hasegawa F/A-18F "Expert 101": 1/48 Tamiya F-16C: Looking forward to seeing your 2012 builds! Bigasshammm
Amazing jets! Those 18s wow! I don't agree on the one thread though because it will get cluttered very quickly and then it's hard to acknowledge each individuals accomplishments. Some people (coughPhantomcough) build like 30 kits a year and the amount of pictures alone will bump everything down pages in one single thread. Maybe one thread for your *best* model or something? Hey, you don't have much room to talk there buddy. I think I'm going to start calling you Phantom Jr. I do agree though, beautiful Hornets! -Dave

Chigger
Hello All-- I managed to finish the 3 Tiger Squadron Vipers I was working on simultaneously (seemed like a good idea at the time). Standard caveat for poor photography applies! They are: Hobby Boss F-16A (338 Sq, Norway), Revell F-16B (313 Sq, Netherlands), and Revell F-16 MLU (31 Sq, Belgium). All in 1/72 scale. arkhunter2002
I'll play... Normally, I do the whole 'my-own-thread' thing but eh... Scale = 1/72... Got a new airbrush, so I played around with it on this SH-60B: And my 'big' thing... completion of my trio of 160th SOAR helo dioramas... The SOC-R is completely scratch built, I sculpted roughly half of the figures, and this was my first use of 'water' products... The trio (something like 5 years in the making)... Traditionally, I give a 'one pic preview' of next year, so here it is... my current work(s) are two blackhawks, one is going to be w/ 2-135th CO-NG, and the other is doing a pinnacle landing in A'stan Take care, Austin

Shawn M
2012 wasn't that prolific of a year for me as I started to focus more on playing music again as well as moving into a new house. That said I built the following this year: 1/32 21st Century BF-109F built as a Gustav from 3JG300 1/48 Italeri Spitfire MKIXc Revell 1/24 Shelby Cobra 1/48 Tamiya P-51D

RKic
Contender for model of the year IMHO. I've always been indifferent towards 190s, but now I want to build one just like this.
