jugjunkie
I have now almost completed the tool mounting on the port side and have started with the tools on the other side.. They are small and awfully difficult to do but damn they are worth it...

Ken from NJ
Aaahhh, he lives and breathes! Great to see you back and building, Geoff. This is gonna be my year to "do work" on my planes, but armor is never far from the bench. Looking good so far, please don't stop! :cheers:/> Ken (typhoonken)
jugjunkie
Hi Ken - thanks for comment mate and hope you are well. Done some more work over the week-end and the brass work is all but done on the sub-structure now.... ... the last bit of brass work is the tiny key nuts which I am dreading..... Then some last plastic bits such as Jerry cans and some more spare tracks and I can then primer the sub-structure and get on with the turret.
jugjunkie
The sub-structure is now finished and primed so I can set it aside while I take up work on the turret...
jugjunkie
Thank you again all for commenting. I have progressed quite well on the turret (very little PE) and I am not going to go nuts on interior detail because it'll only be the commanders hatch that'll be open, so I am concentrating only on detail that can be seen... Ro-Gar Hobbies
Really nice work. I like the weathering you did on the chassis. What did you use for the tow cables on the back? Robert
jugjunkie
Really nice work. I like the weathering you did on the chassis. What did you use for the tow cables on the back? Robert Hi Robert, thanks for kind words. The tow cables are thin guage multi-strand wire that you find almost anywhere - in this case however, it was supplied with the kit.
