A-6A / E Intruder decals

Really looking forward to the 1/72 sheets. The Intruder has always been one of my "favorites" - and especially the Vietnam era. Most decals (at least in 1/72) that have been released in the past always predominently focused on the mid-late 1970s or early 80s schemes.

Could you please consider including the Vietnam schemes of VMA(AW)-533 in your next sheet? I always thought the 1971/72 scheme was the most impressive with the bar tail and the big white eagle. I know the Squadron Signal Southeast Asia books have some pics of them, as well the recent Osprey Intruder book.

I'm talking about this scheme:

The early war 533 deployment scheme would also be appreciated...

I have a stack of Fujimi A-6 kits waiting for nice decals.

The only problem I see with the 32 scale kit so far is the wings on the A-6A kit have the composite wing fold covers on them and not the early covers. It will be a big issue to resolve correctly on the A-6A.

can you explain yourself better? maybe with a picture ... thanks.

Unfortunately you won’t get a reply. Yuri posted this 5 years ago and hasn’t been back since September of 2013. I’m sorry I cant help but maybe you could start a new thread asking for reference photos and fixes. I’m sure someone has addressed this same problem on their kit and would chime in.
