New MiG-29 sheet in the works..

Recommended Posts

During Maple Flag in 2005 A-10s in Cold Lake painted two East German Mig-29 kills during the excercise. Both were gun kills.

That is highly unlikely. "East Germany" ceased to exist as a separate nation in 1990, when it joined the Federal Republic of Germany. The Luftwaffe did continue to fly the MiG-29, but only until 2004, when the remaining examples were sold off to Poland. So whatever Fulcrums the A-10s bagged, they were not German (and certainly not of the East German Air Force).

Thanks everyone - this decal sheet is now being printed, and should be available in a month or so. The next type to get the same treatment will be the Mig-21F-13. I will start a new thread soon; let's start with the white Albanian J-7A.

Wow, nice !

Any updates on that set?

Cheers.

Hello to all.

Does anybody by chance have a scheme of technical stencils that can be distinct (readable)?

The only scheme of MiG-29 stencils available on the web is this:

But they're absolutely un-readable.

There are a good sheme of these stencils, but they are in Polish only:
