aerofan
After I had posted earlier about Air Aces and many American ARCer's replied that the US History channel doesn't show it in the US, is Ice Pilots NWT also not aired on the US History channel?
john53
Is that Buffalo Airlines in Canada that flies the old prop planes? Watch it here in Taxachusetts all the time. Love watching the old radials turning over in the frozen north! Green and white planes?---John Edited February 8, 2013 by john53
Aaronw
No US History doesn't show it. It is available to us here, but it is on (I think) the Weather Channel. I've watched it from time to time, but not on a regular basis. John, that is the show.
zerosystem
US History channel doesn't have much in the way of shows like that (or history for that matter)...only auctions, swamps, ufo's and sometimes crazy people driving cars trying to copy the Brits.
skidbuggy
It's shown on the Weather Channel down in the US. Usually its mashed in between Storm Stories and Preventing Sunburn on Your Shitzu.... Oh Oh... Jim Cantore just pulled up... I better evacuate.... but Coast Guard Alaska's on...
Steve N
The Weather Channel has been re-running the same half-dozen episodes sporadically for the past year or two. The ones they're running have been chopped down to a half-hour..I understand the Canadian versions are a full hour. SN

Charlie Cheetah
Isnt it on National Geographic channel as well, albeit a season or 2 behind?
aerofan
That's strange how it's on the weather channel in the US. All I get is weather updates on the weather channel in Canada. Yes, it's suppose be a full hour with commercials and about 45 mins without using the dvr. Isnt it on National Geographic channel as well, albeit a season or 2 behind? It might just be on NatGeo Canada only. I see it in the on screen guide listing when I check to see what's on tv or what I need to record on dvr for future viewing.
