SmashedGlass
Just finished this up, the ancient but quite nicely molded Frog Fokker D.XXI from out of the Air Lines(1964!) boxing. Number 215 at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, 1939. From this: To these: The decals in the box were damaged, so all markings were masked and sprayed; still working on hand-painting the "Fokker" scripts onto decal film for the rudder fin. And the kit canopy became hopelessly cracked while I was polishing it, necessitating a vacuformed copy after re-working it with CA... And of course then I also had to do a full interior. So much for a 'quick kit'. All in all an enjoyable $1 build. Edited July 19, 2013 by SmashedGlass
