Also wondering what other AM is out there for these things. I have noticed cockpits and intakes. You can get wheel wells for it although I think the kit ones are pretty good. Gear factor gear legs are about the best there is. Number of different resin seats and cockpits so there's that also. j-basset Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 Not a C to D conversion set, but F-4DableModels has a late Lot F/A-18C/D update set: 1/32 F/A-18C/D Chaff & Flare Dispenser Set It includes the twin bucket chaff & flare dispenser sets, GPS dome and PE fishbone vents for the LERX. Also, there is a ton of PE sets available for both the D and C kits. A few companies that come to mind: Black Box (Avionix) Aires D-Mold Rhino Cutting Edge(Good Luck) Eduard Lion Roar F-4DableModels There are alot of others that fail to come to mind at the moment. Dave Williams Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 No one made a D conversion as Academy came out with a -D specific kit soon after the initial C release. About the only conversions out there are to make the C and D kits into an A or B. and those are mainly just the tails as other A/D parts are already in the kit.
