Bigasshammm
Built for the What If GB. Revell 1/24 MP4-25 kit with blended decals from the kit and a set of 1/24 MP4-2C decals. Wish they'd have stuck with this scheme, probably my favorite all time racing livery. Build thread is in the What If GB and has a couple more pictures. Done entirely without an air brush and it shows but it's at least a respectable effort. Much better than the last MP4-25 I built.

Iron Man
Outstanding scheme. That's one scheme you can never get tired of looking at next to the famous black and gold "JPS", now that's my favorite scheme. Roy Edited May 28, 2013 by Iron Man
taylorde
No airbrush??? Amazing, what type of paint did you use (and colors too). I wish they still had these paint schemes, the tobacco sponsorship never made me smoke ! DaveT
Bigasshammm
Thanks guys. Yeah I've never smoke either but love the tobacco cars. Who knew. Anyway Roy I also love the JPS scheme but idk a modern car to do it in. The current Lotus livery looks pretty similar. Did you see my Lltus 78? Dave the paints I used were tamiya spray cans. Ts-26 is the white I believe and then their fluo red but idk the number off hand. Ts-29 semi gloss black was all the suspension bits prior to getting their cf decals included in the kit. Fairly simple paint scheme but complicated masking.

Charlie Cheetah
Nice, really shows off the lines of the modern Mclarens better than the silver paint the actually use.
