Bigasshammm
Wanted a change so I dug this out and did it straight oob with Indycals decals. This is my second true 1/20 F1 kit and my first DFV engined kit. The engine and exhausts are definitely fiddly but it turned out OK. I'm happy with it. I don't have anything yet to paint the tire lettering so that will come later. Need to get one of those paint markers I was told about or if nothing else some acrylic paint. It's definitely not perfect nor a contest winner but it looks OK in the case. The wheels and tires really suck though whenever I get around to doing my next one I may source new wheels and tires. The tires don't fit on the wheels properly and are too loose. Is there a glue that works well on tires to hold them to the plastic wheels? Canopy glue maybe? Anyway pictures... more pics to follow
Bigasshammm
Painted with Tamiya spray can. Glossed with Future. Then of course the Indycals which were awesome once again. Not bad for a kit that's about as old as I am. Kris

Bad Turbine
Look's good man, but I see your dilemma with the tires. One of my favorite F1 cars
