Fishwelding
The old American vehicle kits in 1/32 scale seem to vary in how they define "1/32nd scale." Monogram's M48A2, for example, is scaled close enough to Tamiya's 1/35th scale M48A3 to contemplate kitbashing them. Other kits seem to be much larger than 1/32nd scale, making them practically unsuitable for display with 1/35th scale vehicles and figures. For any of you who has, has looked at, or built the old Renwal-Revell Mace Missile kit, what's your impression of its suitability for a diorama with 1/35th scale gear? I'm considering a simple scene with a Mace and its transporter, some figures, and perhaps an M38 jeep or a V-100 armored car, but I'm afraid that troops, jeeps, or AFVs made more recently might be dwarfed by the old Renwall monster that is, admittedly, sold in a slightly different scale anyway. Any thoughts?
