Kalashnikov-47
Wow Patrick! That is great! Cool camo too. Are those the Suez invasion stripes? Hey Sean - Yes, those are Suez 1956 ID stripes. I bought this kit when it first came out, and originally intended to finish it as one of George Preddy's "Cripes-A-Mighty" aircraft. The surface detail is pretty heavy-handed, but it still had the potential to be better than the old Hasegawa kit with a little work. When the excellent Tamiya kit come out, I got one and decided to finish that one as Preddy's airplane. Since I spent so much money on the Dragon kit + the aftermarket stuff, I figured it could be built as some camouflaged aircraft, and the Israeli was a perfect choice IMHO.
