viper494
Hi all this is my first model kit of a motorbike its Colin Edwards Honda RC211V, I'm not to sure as to where you get reference pic's from as I normally build aircraft. But I'm enjoying the change so much I went and brought another two bikes to make a Ducati Desmo and another Honda RC211V. This all started when a chap at work sold his real bike a MV Agusta and asked me if I wanted some model kits he had, so I obliged and said yes to my supprise I got a model of his F4 MV Agusta and two other older versions these are Protar models and I can honestly say I've never heard of that make of kit. Anyway here are some pic's. Cheers for stopping by. Clive Edited July 24, 2013 by viper494

Wege
I love your choice of Blue colouring/paint. Very nice... Looks like the real paint (it seems) May I ask your selection of paint? did you polish it? Clear coat it (repeatedly)? WD!
Bigasshammm
Yeah that looks great. I too am wondering the color of blue. I'll be on the lookout for this kit. Any problems with it? Fit or decals?
viper494
Hi thanks for your interest the colour was Humbrol 222 metallic blue, the fit is very good the only part that played up was the decals on the main fairing they need a bit of decal softner to go around the complex curves apart from that she's a great kit.
