Kingoalie
Hi Everyone, Here's my contribution to the group build. It's the Revell of Germany F-14A. I'll be using Fightertown Decals to model blue 34 in the Powder Puff scheme. Cockpit. I added ejection handles from fine wire (black stripes were painted on the ejection handles but forgot to grab a picture), and the seat harnesses are from masking tape. And I just got it primed tonight. You may notice that I cut a notch out of the wing so that I can add them to the model after painting. John
dnl42
That's very cool! I'm looking forward to seeing this.
Bigasshammm
I just pulled out a couple 144 F-14s and those decals. Thought about doing one then I studied the paint schemes and put the box away. Lol Interested to see how this turns out.

Brian P: Fightertown Decals
John- cant wait to see this built! Always loved Blue 34! Fortunately you don't have to worry about paint ad decals matching on his one. ;) if you need any spare decals, lmk. Happy to help out. Also, make sure you have a separate little decal of TOPGUN badges. The ones on he main sheet are often out of register. I can send spares if you need them. Kingoalie
Thanks, Brian. I think I'm good on the decals. I'm currently waiting on the paint; once I get the right colors I'll be able to move forward with this build.
