david sMiGielski
Starting to put together KH's French Jag and I seem to recall from several years ago a Jaguar at Red Flag that had an odd three-tone desert scheme. I've heard it referred to as "amoeba" camo but I can't for the life of me find the photos I used to have of it. Can anyone help out?
KursadA
Are you sure you're not confusing it with the Red Flag Mirage F.1 that had a three-tone desert scheme?

scotthldr
Hi David, you were correct the first time, there was some Jaguars in a 3 tone scheme that took part in a Red Flag during the 80's, I've seen the photographs but can't find them now, however here's a colour profile of one http://img.wp.scn.ru/camms/ar/609/pics/21_64.jpg There was also some 4 tone a/c during Desert Storm http://www.dstorm.eu/pictures/nose-arts/jaguar/france/11-rk_1.jpg Edited October 1, 2013 by scotthldr
Jabba29
Berna Decals do a sheet (Sepecat Jaguar Part 2) that has both a 3 and 4 tone scheme for french Jags. It says that the 3 tone one was used in the Gulf war, whilst the 4 tone one was used at Red Flag, but I do know that the 4 tone one was also used in the Gulf war as this is the one that I am making.
