Published in 2007 (so a bit out of date now) - it is still the best overall reference on Flankers. ISBN is 978-1-85780-247-4 - although availability might be a propblem. It was published by Midland Counties - who were subsumed into Ian Allen Publishing. It isn't shown as being available on Ian Allen's website.....http://www.midlandcountiespublications.co.uk/ Try emailing (good luck!) IA and ask if and when it might get reprinted.
