White Wolf
It's glow in the dark paint, not decals. You can get a tin at most art and craft shops.
Ace Combat Zero
Glow in the dark model paint or artists craft paint.
Fly-n-hi
Its acrylic artist's paint that is intended to go onto clothing. You can get it a Michael's or Joanne's, I believe. It works good because the color is almost a perfect match for the real thing. The drawback, though, is that you have to paint it on very thick. I haven't used it on my last few builds and I'm not sure if I'll use it anymore. Here's it is on an Academy F-15E: Hasegawa F-14A: Hasegawa F/A-18C: Hasegawa F/A-18F: Monogram AV-8B: Edited November 23, 2013 by Fly-n-hi

Ace Combat Zero
That's boss; That is what I want. Thanks for sharing, Fly-n-hi. What brand is the paint?
Fly-n-hi
I don't remember. The bottle does't have a label on. I might have a pic of the packaging somewhere. If I find it I'll let you know.
ChippyWho
Just in passing, there some (allegedly) glow-in-the-dark slime light decals around -I have some on CAM's sheet for an F/A-18D Vikings bird.
phasephantomphixer
Yes, there are CAM sheets with Glow Slime Lights. There was also a full sheet released by Superscale. But the best I have found is the "safety strips" found in the Camping section of some stores. Myself, I find them on Base at the Base Exchange. There are two thicknesses I found. I get the thinner ones. Anyway, they are self adhesive 1" x 5" strips of glow tape. For use on a model, I cut the strip to the size of the raised portion of slime light. Then mask the glowing sections. That way when you paint the plane, remove the masking and the strip not only glows, but acts as the raised portion and the glow is consistent. Hi...do you know who makes these "safety strips"? Can you send a pic? I'm having trouble finding them. Thanks for the tip!

Try search of "Glow tape" on ebay. Not sure if the seller can tell you the thickness, or maybe you can tell by photos in listing. And a small amount goes a long way when used this way. Another tip is to remove the adhesive, then rough up the backing with sandpaper, or carefully scrape it so super glue will hold it to the model.
