STL MODELER
From the video I saw on youtube the wash can be applied on a gloss or flat finish and wipes away with water. Dose anyone have experience with this brand?
White Wolf
I use it all the time, it works well for me. :thumbsup:/>
peebeep
Don't use it on a flat finish, unless you're deliberately looking to get a stained effect. peebeep
A-10 LOADER
Love this stuff, highly recommended. Here is my LANTIRN pod with a Flory wash, dark dirt, over a satin finish. Once dry the pod was sprayed with a flat coat to seal everything in. Steve
balls47
Yessir, peebeep is absolutely right. If you use it on a flat finish, you will have stains wherever the wash is applied. I like Flory washes, but I only use them on a gloss-coated finish. In fact, I would advise that if you have not used them yet, start out on a gloss coated model. If not, you may be disappointed. I am glad that I found out about the staining issue on a testbed model. Good Luck!!!
82Whitey51
If the end result on your model is a flat finish...use it after you get done decaling (assuming you use a semi gloss or gloss for decaling) then seal it all up in a flat coat.
