Hasegawa 1/72 F-16's (question)

Recommended Posts

Which version are you looking for? A/B or C/D?

Injected plastic A/Bs with the extended brake chute are very recent, with only a handful of limited edition boxings including it as of now. There is a Norwegian double boxing that comes to mind, there may be others.

You can order extra parts from Hasegawa US distributor Hobbico(they order the extras from Japan). Try partsupport@hobbico.com. You can order a specific sprue("Z" from kit #1949 for an A/B F-16 or "C" from any Mitsubishi F-2 kit). But be aware F-2s might be OOP. Cost is $10.00 S+H for up to 2 sprues. Also try Revell customer service to order extra parts. You'll need kit #s and specific part name/numbers.

Hope this helps,

Jerry

Or borrow from revel

OP never stated if they were doing an A/B or a C/D....

The Revell-Germany boxings have the extension for A/B tails, the same A/B parts are included in the C kits.

Other options include the Hobbyboss A/B kits and the old ECSI/Ertl A/B kits.

I just tried going this route for something unrelated, but the "partsupport@hobbico.com" address bounced. The only one I found on their contact page was "productsupport@hobbico.com" is that the same thing?

Thanks,

Hoops
