Check Six
How many F-22's are you building, dude ?! This is the third thread you've started! J/K ! I wish I had the internet when I was your age. So let me think; I was building the Monogram B-29 when I was your age! I also built the Revell 1/32nd scale Mirage III at about the same time era too. Regarding your issue: As others have stated; Pics or it didn't happen. Didn't have a fitment problem with his F-22. He said it went together like a dream.
Ace Combat Zero
I accidentally posted 2 threads, technical difficulties. toadwbg said this topic would be better in the jet modeling forum.

Ace Combat Zero
Take out the instructions and go step 8. Then go to step 10. So in step 8 is where everything went wrong per se; the knobby thingies (E69,E70,E57, basically all parts) would not fit flush. So I kept attempting to make them fit, until I realized that I had melted the holes of part A. This happened at step 10.

According to your post it sounds like operator error/inexperience. How can we help you at this point?
Ace Combat Zero
Can you give me some tips o anything I could do at this point?
Check Six
Since the parts in question that you mentioned isn't visible when the fuselage is closed, are they even needed? If you didn't glue in any of those parts, would that sacrifice the model any?
Ace Combat Zero
I thought about that. I think that'll work?
Check Six
I believe when my son was building the kit and he was showing me that section, I mentioned that none of those parts do anything but give some structure. So if he were to leave out half of those parts, the model wouldn't miss it.
Check Six
I thought about that. I think that'll work? What part # did you damage?
Check Six
While looking more at the instructions I believe they only provide structure therefore your model won't miss one being omitted.

Check Six
Thanks man I had damaged part A (upper fuselage) Great! You say you damaged part A. What exactly on part A did you damage? The holes in the upper fuselage that the lower parts went into?
Ace Combat Zero
yessir
Check Six
yessir That's what I figured. When I build mine, I'm going to leave out half of those parts because they add unnecessary weight while not being equally beneficial. When you finish that model, you're going to be surprised at just how heavy it is.
Ace Combat Zero
Yeah, the F-22 model ism heaviest model yet.
Fly-n-hi
How many of the the holes are damaged? What you could do is this: Cut off the little knobbies on the lower support parts that are problematic. Hopefully its just one or two of them. You only need to file down the lower parts that aren't fitting into their respective holes on the upper part. Does this make sense?
Ace Combat Zero
That totally makes since Fly N Hi. The thing is that all of them are damaged
Check Six
That totally makes since Fly N Hi. The thing is that all of them are damaged Still; It's not a problem. File them all down then and when you're ready to glue the fuselage halves together, just put some thick liquid cement on the parts you filed down and then press down on that area until the glue sets. Ace Combat Zero
Yeah, I understand Check Six.
Fly-n-hi
For future reference, or for anyone reading this who may want to build this kit, what I did worked out really well. I glued a couple of the support pieces to the bottom fuselage and then loosely attached the upper fuselage to guarantee that they would all line up when the glue was dry. After the first couple were done I did it again with a few more and then again until they were all done. In the end all the support parts were perfectly attached to the lower fuselage part. I did it in steps just to make sure the glue wasn't drying before I could get the upper fuselage part on.
