If you look at the floor around the front gear, you see how the pattern is missing, and there's a glow around the front gear. The post holding up the chains looks like a drawing, something very strange is happening to the ribbon(?) hanging from the intake, there is a strange puddle of silver under the plane, the plane's skin doesn't have any texture - it's like a mirror. Also the way the roof looks, and the way there's very little color gradation in the red stripe.

In comparison, look at a plane that was deliberately polished up by Meguiar's to be as shiny as possible: The skin still has texture, and there aren't those odd effects I noticed in the other pic.

Sure it's been photo shopped, it's had a texture added and was shot with a fish-eye lens, I think it was the photographers artistic touch put to the photograph.

I don't see the issue...

I think it's a photo that's had an HDR (High Dynamic Range) treatment. Here's an example of an F-86D, photographed in Denmark:

And this is the same plane, after the photo's had the HDR treatment.

I didn't care either way if it was shopped I was jut curious as to how you knew. It amazes me what people can decipher by just looking at a photo.

First photo is made in HDR technique, combining together several photos with different exposures, thus increasing the dynamic range of colours. That's why the polished effect is exagarated. Still this birds are well maintained nd a challenge to build model with same level of effect and to look as a toy.
