signals
I lost the clear sprue for a kit and was wondering what way if any is there to get replacement parts for Hasegawa kits?
Parabat
The two best options are; 1. Email/phone the importers/distributors of Hasegawa to your country (Amerang in UK, I've had good spare parts service with them previously) 2. Ask on the Wanted section, - there are a lot of helpful people out there and this sometimes works provided the part isn't too obscure! If you know anyone who lives in Japan, they could buy the sprue direct from Hasegawa...
Fly-n-hi
Are you in the States? If so then go to Hasegawausa.com. Under their customer service link they have an email address that you can send parts requests to. You'll need to know the kit number and the sprue tree letter. They will send you the entire sprue...not just the single part which in this case works out just right for you. I think they charge $10 or $15. I'm not sure which. But...the price is the same no matter how many sprues you order. Be ready to wait a bit, too. It takes about 4 weeks for the sprue to arrive. tosouthern66
I contacted them for a replacement 1/48 F/A-18 fusealage upper half. It took them over 6 months to get me mine. I had to send a picture of the one I had. They did not charge me for it.

11bee
I lost a part to my Hase F-14 back in 1991. Sent them a letter and emails. Took a few months but it finally came in.
Mr Matt Foley
Hasegawausa.com is not a working website. Does anyone have any idea how to order spare parts?
