troschi
Phillip, this one is one of the best built BK 117 I've ever seen in 1:72 scale. Although the vibration dampers are slightly oversized the detail and scribing work on the engine doghouse looks very convincing. Well done!
industrialmachanic
Phillip, this one is one of the best built BK 117 I've ever seen in 1:72 scale. Although the vibration dampers are slightly oversized the detail and scribing work on the engine doghouse looks very convincing. Well done! They are a bit out of scale, but they were the smallest metal spheres I could find that would work with CA glue. They are made from metal jewelry beads, brass rod and tubing. They do move freely, and the blades also spin freely. Thanks for the positive comments !!! Edited February 11, 2014 by industrialmachanic
