.linus
Look: I did it again. . . Bummer! Crap like that happens to me all the time. I usually don't realize I have paint on my finger and end up with a giant finger print in an unrelated color on my kit. The ju-88 looks really awesome! With your skill I don't think that will be too difficult of a fix for you., rather more of just an annoyance, ha. Great work man!
chukw
I have done this. DERP!! I'm sure a man of your calibre has already begun to repaint- after all, this 88 is too good not the finish! Cheers, Paolo!
Paolo Portuesi
Hi, After a short break I am back with this build here on ARC. First of all, let me thank you for your nice words. Gunze acrylics are very forgiven. The damage done dropping some alcohol on the right wings was recovered, but dry fitting the canopy speaks new problems. Look:

Joel_W
Paolo, Looks just like it did before the accident. Really a great recovery. Nicely done. I really don't see any issues or problems with the canopy. What am I missing? Joel Edited April 15, 2014 by Joel_W
Paolo Portuesi
Ciao, I have been working a lot on this model lately. Mostly tuning down small issues, here and there. Worst problem was the rear canopy fit to the fuselages sides. Do you see the step? By the way. Guns by Aires: And that is how the cockpit looks like: In addition, I was never happy with the front glass to fuselage joint. best I could do was removing and. . . redoing. Much better now! Paolo Portuesi
And that is the way the canopy seat now. After some serious cutting, sanding and painting, front and rear canopy fitting to the fuselages sides is way better. And now is going to be fast !

Paolo Portuesi
Ciao, Well, even though I am spending most of my free time on the big Hasegawa Gustav, I finally found the time to finish my Ju 88. I am very happy of the final article, what do you think about it? Edited July 6, 2014 by Paolo Portuesi
