madmike
Just finished my Dragon Challenger 2 (Iraq 2003) build. I used Modelmaster Acryl British gulf war light stone dirtied up with Mig washes and pigments. The Acryl is marvellous to spray and is very hard wearing. I sourced the road sign online and scaled it according to ISO standards for directional signs (Standards Australia and Austroads publications. I am a road engineer by profession) I also scratch built the thermal panels on the turret front as they were not included in the kit. The aircraft recognition panel is dental xray lead foil secured to the antenna mounts by invisible thread. The first image is my one of main reference pics for the project. Ro-Gar Hobbies
Really nice work. I like the weathering effects you achieved. Robert
RKic
That looks beautiful, Mike! I like the dusty appearance, and the road-sign is a great touch.
