Here's my planned 3rd contribution, I think I should be able to make it before the dateline closes. :D Kit from hasegawa A-4E/F Skyhawk standard kit with decals from Two Bobs 48-018 Top Gun Tinker Toys. I was planning to build it in the green/brown 'Jester' jet but with Hasegawa's recent offering of the 'Top Gun' kit which arrived couple of weeks ago, I decided to build something 'attractive'. So it's gonna be the VF-45 Blackbirds Blue/Grey camo. Started about couple of days back, here's some shots. Standard presentation inside the box. ..and what has started so far Nose weight added with blu tack to keep it in place. More to come ... Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Base color sprayed on Pencil drawings to mark the camo pattern. Camo pattern coming in nicely From another view Almost done Decals should be coming in next after a coat of future and plan for an oil wash something I have not done for quite a while.
