Good thing I'm comfortable with my comparatively schlock modeling skills... On the wing tip lights. Exactly correct, though the wasn't much preparing of the light material. I cut a rectangular cube glued it in, then sanded the whole wingtip to shape. The light has a larger crossection and the wing tip airfoil so you get the bulged appearance. That bulge was all done with light material and filler, blended to the kit wing.
