Rex Posted June 11, 2014 Share Posted June 11, 2014 (edited) Chippy, I think that one is a masking glitch on a painted on insignia, instead of carrier film on a decal. You can see some blue paint bleed along the bottom edge of the nearest stripe field. This looks like a quick paint job on a resto/gateguard. "Store bought" decals had a carrier film the same shape as the decal, and all the ones I ever saw had the proportions and colors right.
