Paris. Any good hobby shops?

Recommended Posts

Within walking distance of the Louvre is EOL, which has a good range of models and accessories downstairs when I was there but I found it pricey.

The Musée de l'air et de l'espace at Le Bourget is well worth a visit and the shop there had a good range of mainstream kits and paints, although again at RRP.

Others have mentioned EURO-MAQUETTE but I've no experience of that personally.

If you like 1/48 AFVs, there's Quarter Kit. Mind you, I've only ordered online, but they do list this info on their website:

Boutique: 10, passage du charolais 75012 Paris France - Tel. 01.44.75.01.61 Fax: 01.44.75.01.16

Open Monday to Friday from 10h30 to 13h and from 14h30 to 19h - Saturday by appointment

I can think right off the top of my head of about 3,296 things I'd do in Paris before I visited a hobby shop :)

There is that...
