rom
Hello guys! Great news for those who want to lose some sweat on this huge bird ! :D thanks Revell! As for me, I won't buy and build another one. For sure :D So, I kept going forward with the painting process. First I did some preshading: The 3 color SAC camo is composed at the underbelly with Gunship Grey (FS 36118) & Dark Gunship grey (FS 36081) Top surfaces are painted with Dark gunship grey and Green drab FS 34086 I started with Gunship Grey It is a mix of Gunze H305 FS36118, with h56 "intermediate blue" and grey H307 First, this color is painted area by area, in an irregular manner. Then, surfaces are enlightened in the same way. We now create some contrast. Then, lines are darkened. Finally, the whole surface is toned down with the base color. We get something like this:
rom
Then comes Dark Gunship grey. A mix H301 (FS36081),intermediate blue H56 and black H77. see you soon! Romain
