strikeeagle801
Yeah, it came home in C-R-A-P-P-Y weather after that flight. The weather was pretty good in Seattle when it took off, but by the time it got to Paine, it had turned into a full-out downpour. I'm looking forward to getting some photos of it soon. I was in Seattle on May 27th to see the Prowler being retired and donated to the Museum of Flight. I waited for a few hours after, because the KC-46 was supposed to have its first test flight from Boeing Field that day. I had to leave before it rolled out, but it ended up just doing a high-seed taxi test because one of the back doors showed an indicator it would not latch properly, so they re-scheduled the flight for the next day.
