Spectre711
Is there anything special about this kit other than the decals? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Revell-F-A-18F-Super-Hornet-04509-1-48-/351231366540?ssPageName=ADME:SS:SS:US:3160
GreyGhost
I believe it is the Revell-Germany boxing of the standard Revell kit. I don't believe it is a Limited Edition release. -Gregg
ChippyWho
Nothing too special. I have it in my pile of to-do items -I think it is the only ROG release of this subject in 1/48? It was around UKĀ£20 when I bought it (roughly 1/3 the price of the Hasegawa ones), and carries a few shape issues well noted in the forums. Also, the intakes are too shallow. Decals are for the VFA-102 50th Anniversary scheme and a VFA-154 Lo-Viz scheme out of NAS Lemoore. HTH.
Spectre711
The decals I like but if the kit is just the standard Revell I could scrounge up the Two Bobs sheet that In my eyes looks better.
Sgt Spooky
The decals on this boxing were designed for Revell by DACO, but there was printing error and some sheets went out incorrect. If you end up using the same decals.. DACO has a correction sheet for it.
