phantom
Right the rules are pretty straight forward. But if you still have a question ask it here.
Trojan Thunder
I think I already know the answer but are P-3s/CP-140s eligible?
phantom
SAR is down the list of primary duties, but they often do top cover or relay for the primary rescue birds. Yes for the CP-140. I am not sure how often the Americans P-3s would do it however.
Ryan Hothersall
Australian P3s are good at finding lost yachtsmen.
Trojan Thunder
SAR is down the list of primary duties, but they often do top cover or relay for the primary rescue birds. Yes for the CP-140. I am not sure how often the Americans P-3s would do it however. I was thinking either a CP-140 or RAAF P-3 Australian P3s are good at finding lost yachtsmen. Now if I can find pictures of an ASR kit I could display it in the weapons bay. Edit: found one... Edited January 13, 2015 by Trojan Thunder
phantom
That would for sure be a SAR mission.
ALF18
In the rules, Emvar mentioned the CC-130E with the search bubble... but I can't find one in the kit I have (Italeri 1/72). Given that the Herc still did long range ELT searches and other SAR functions without necessarily having the search bubble replacing the door, would that still qualify? If not, I'll just do a WIP elsewhere. ALF Edited April 12, 2015 by ALF18
