Par429
Hey- Here is my latest street rod. It’s been on my list to make a street rod using only metallic paints. So here is what I came up with. It’s a Revell 1926 Ford Sedan Delivery kit, with a chopped resin body from Jimmy Flinstone. It was my first time ever using a resin body, it pretty closely matched the Revell body so it was not too hard to work with. I like to use more modern interesting looking engines, so this is a supercharged V6 from a ’90 Thunderbird SC coupe. Wheels are from Fireball Modelworks. Lots of parts were sourced from the old parts box, like the tires, and there are several scratchbuilt parts, including the headers and seats. As noted above, the paints are entirely MM Metalizer and some Alclad with the exception of the Testors copper trim. Some pics: Thanks for looking, Phil
