Scooby Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Very nice work on the EH-101, I plan on building one someday. You did get one thing wrong on the purchase. Chretien cancelled the Navy and SAR version of the Cormorant. We paid the penalties and then he (Chretien) re-ordered the SAR version under a different name(Cormorant). I have a great DND report at home, Canada was going to make 110% of the purchase price of the EH-101 in job creation and economic spin-off. Every province was going to gain jobs and every EH-101 built worldwide was going to get 10% of it's components from Canada. We lost all of that when Chretien the slimeball cancelled the deal.
