R.I.P. Leonard Nimoy!

Quote from Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan:

.....he's really not gone, just as long as we remember him.......

Thanks for the memories, Mr Spock!

Best Regards,

Ken Bailey

Thanks for the memories Mr. Nimoy.

Besides being a great actor, entertainer, and human being (Vulcan too), his fictional character inspired a generation or two toward the sciences and space exploration along with Gene Roddenberry and others.

Very sad indeed. I remember watching those old Star Trek reruns with my brother when we were kids. Also seen his many appearances in other tv series like: Night Gallery, The Man from Uncle, Mission Impossible, just to name a few. But I'll always remember him as Mr. Spock. RIP, Mr. Nimoy (my hand raised in a Vulcan greeting as a salute to Leonard Nimoy).

This was an awful thing to wake up to. I've off and on had tears in my eyes most of the day. Spock meant a lot to me, and Mr. Nimoy was a fantastic person, too, away from the acting.

Captain Kirk's line at Spock's funeral is probably very fitting now: "Of my friend I can say this. Of all the souls I've met, his was the most... human."
