nicholassagan
Not sure about the Academy but the Revell is nice...needs some aftermarket but still good.
White Wolf
One quirk about the Revell is that the scribing for the radome only appears on the upper fuselage but not the lower half, Revell's QC somehow missed it. It doesn't make the kit completely unbuildable but it does mean you need to do some research to get the proper radome outline.
Murph
I prefer the Academy kit. Regards, Murph
Inquisitor
Detail-wise the Academy. Shapewise the Revell one. Academy really goofed up the intake area. I did a comparison image of it in a previous thread. http://www.arcforums...dpost&p=2555946 And that's not builder error, I have 4-5 of each kit and the academy perfectly glued ends up like that. Eric B.
.. and don't forget there is a Fujimi F-22 kit too? I like it's scribing very much, it's very sharp and I might well rate it even above the Academy kit which I also rate over the Revell kit. Review below http://www.fightercontrol.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=313&t=22564 Price tag might be over other F-22 though depending where you can get it from.. Cheers Eric B.
