SARguy Posted March 29, 2015 (edited) Here is my next planned build Edited June 17, 2015 by SARguy
SARguy Posted April 4, 2015 Have been impressed so far lots of detail. Each engine comprises of 10 pieces and lots of detail in the transmission area as well. Big decision panels open or closed
Sebastijan Posted April 4, 2015 ¸Nice progress... One small remark though - engine bay and cargo/troop bay should not be painted with that turquoise interior green but with light pale blue or light grey instead. Here's mine from a couple of years ago And a real one I took at Kecskemet airshow in 2013
SARguy Posted April 4, 2015 Thanks I was following the Revell instructions I guess better try to find some more ref pics. What color did you use for tail rotor blades as it shows the same turquoise interior green
Crazy Snap Captain Posted April 4, 2015 Nice work so far mate! Yeah, Revell's painting guides are rubbish. Use ref pics or ask the question on the forums. The lads here are super helpful. Look forward to seeing this beast finished. Seb, Awesome build mate!
Sebastijan Posted April 5, 2015 To be honest, I don't remember, it's quite a while since I've built it... It might have been the same paint, I used for the camo, although I think the rotor one has a little more green to it.
