Randy in Texas
I have all the Walkaround, In Action, and old black and white photo books I can shelve. Is there a book that compares to the detail found in the Reid or DACO books for the F-15? Gotta be something out there. Squizzy 78
Randy, I'm currently building the same model, 1/32 f-15c, the main reference I'm using, as well as the Walkaround In action books, is the 'F-15 in detail and scale' book. It's not as good as a daco book, but as you know the prices of some books is just plain criminal ! I was after the daco book for a f-16 build I was doing, and the same thing $1500 plus! Good luck with your F-15 c build.
spejic
Model Art Profile F-15 Eagle has lots of close up pictures of details and cockpits and bays, but just for the F-15J/DJ, which is probably good enough if you are doing a F-15C. It might not be easy to find either.

Keep in touch as you go through this build, I've done two F-15C and E they can be a bit of a pain.

Rambler
! I was after the daco book for a f-16 build I was doing, and the same thing $1500 plus! Get the Viper Guide book from Reid Air Publications. They have one for the A/B and the C/D and both are way better than the DACO book on the F-16.

This will be my second F-15 c, so I know what you mean. Fantastic subject, but the quality and fit of the older models isn't what the new Tamiya are!
