Taking an old CC-130E and combined it with a C-130J to make a CC-130J in 1/48........Yes 1/48. Its freaking HUGE! Canmilair decals finished it off.

Pro-Modeller B-25 J modified into a CF-100 radar trainer from the late 1950's. Remove all the guns cover the turret hole add a blister from a Sea King and source spare decals. Was a very quick build.

Can't let the Phantom have all the fun! Here is my Airfix 1/72 Lancaster, 617 Squadron Dam Busters special edition. It came boxed with a 1/48 Tornado from the modern era of 617; I will do that kit some other day. This entire build is OOB. I went with the "S" letter rather than the more famous "G" because I like the white nose art.

Kurt, you have to get on these people to finish some more models.

EVERYone of them is done by a Canadian, and most of them are mine!!!deadhorse1.gif

Right, I think this might be the last one. No where near as big as the 1/48 Herc, its a 1/72 Hasegawa Aurora with Canuck decals to do a 405 squadron machine back when they were fresh from the factory.

Wow. After such stellar work by the Phantom and Mike (AX_365), it's almost embarrassing posting this one. It caused me to lose my modelling mojo for several weeks, and the reason I finally finished it is that I wanted to get it out of my office and get back to work on a more reasonably-sized aircraft!

This is the Monogram B-29 in 1/48. A huge kit. Built OOB, kit decals, with a home-made stand at the back to prevent it from tail-sitting. Sprayed with Canadian Tire rattle can chrome paint, in keeping with the (so far) all-Canadian participation in the finished builds thread. Fitting, after the Jays just won their ALDS!

Here's my 1/72 Italeri B-58 Hustler. OOB build, in 305th BW markings. Used Alclad and ModelMaster Metallizers mostly. This kit has some issues, but overall it still looks nice.
