Bigasshammm
So I got this kit free at my local club meeting last weekend. Bunch of kits donated to our pres and he passed one out to each of us like Christmas in July. Anyway I have NEVER done an armor kit. This one looks pretty sweet and I may do it to surprise everyone. Sooooo Is this a good kit? Easy/hard? Is it worth a lot to where I probably should ruin it by failing at building it? My enquiring mind wants to know. K
Ro-Gar Hobbies
Kris, You have enough skill for the kit, so you shouldn't have any problems with it. Its a nice kit out of the box and you will be happy with it. Bigasshammm
Well I ended up trading it for a kit of the Indianapolis that I'll build for a friend of mine who's grandfather was a survivor. So I guess that's a win! Although I've also never done a ship kit. Lol
Ro-Gar Hobbies
With ship kits, you need to plan your build and paint work. Build in several sub assemblies, paint and weather, then assemble. And mind your fingers if you attach photo etched railings. Other wise you will be bending them and breaking them off every time handle the parts. Robert
