Tamiya 1/100 Series??

Recommended Posts

Anyone have any additions to this list?

Not well known, but the chief designer at Tamiya during this period (including the 1/48 Lancaster, etc) was the same gentleman who in retirement started the Sweet 1/144 line.

That Sea King was a lot more accurate than the contemporary Airfix 1/72 monstrosity. For some reason I ended up with like 6-8 of them, and got connected with the guy who was building the 1/100 CVN-65 that's on display at NASM in DC, and he bought them off me to put on that ship. Every time I see it I love knowing part of my stash is behind that glass :)
