Lots of terrorists have been declared "dead" only to release a video a week later. If he has been dead 2 to 3 years, getting good intel/confirmation is going to be difficult. Hopefully correct. It is also interesting that the teliban recently started negotiations with afghan gov. Was it because he's dead and they have no other options? Are the new leaders more moderate?
