viking73
Hello Again, Since I had the camera out today, I also took some photos of this build I finished late last year. This is the old mold Hasegawa 1/72 F-4E kit. I made most of the simple mods to bring it up to (sort-of) QF-4G standards. I was in a hurry to finish it so I did not add the wing-tip antennas but added most of the others, including the bulge in the forward Sparrow bay (which isn't visible in any of these photos), the small control box on the left intake, and the box on the spine. And of course the "G" model canoe under the nose from Evergreen plastic and Milliput. I added some detail to the cockpit with scrap plastic and wire plus a nice True Details seat for the front pit. Not 100% accurate I know but a pretty fun, quick build using those wonderful Wolfpak decals from sheet #72-066. Plus it got that old kit out of the stash. Thanks for looking. -Derek

Litvyak
Nice! The orange sticks out so well from the greys.
