Trumpeter MiG-29 Fulcrum A (type 9.12)

Well done, Alex! Many, many thanks for sharing this!

As far as the kit goes, I see that although the main gear legs are correctly tilted forwards, the airframe sits parallel to the ground and not 'laid back' as mostly seen:

Can it be that the 'laid back' stance is connected to the amount of fuel present aboard (i.e. more fuel - aircraft with a bit of a nose high attitude; less fuel - airframe parallel to the ground)?

Anyway, once again a big thank you for sharing your build! I'll have a couple kits once released :)

Cheers,

Niki

Hmmm... You are right, Niki. I didn't pay attention on the "laid back" position of the MiG-29.

It could be my fault as I push the FLG oleo too far to the upper portion. But I think you can simply modify it to make your model a bit "laid back".

Or other possibility is the MLG strut is too long. It will be much more easier to cut a couple mm to shortened it.
