Great photos Dawestsides - thanks for posting them.

No new exhibits since I was last there - but at least they now have the Su-24, Tu-22M3 and Tu-95MS on 'proper' display - without the concrete blocks on top.

A few things shuffled around - and others re-painted in the wrong colours - but still a fabulous display.

PS - Is the exhibition hangar to the right of the GPW hangar now open ?? (the one behind the cars in your second photo)

PPS - Did you get to Zadorozhny ?? - or anywhere else ??

Great pics, and a fantastic collection! Too bad they all have to sit out in the weather like that, but it would requires some seriously large hangars to get all that stuff indoors (which would cost some serious cash.) Did you get any shots of the WWII-era aircraft? Looks like a DB-3 with the wings removed in the background on one of your pics.

I'm a bit surprised to see the signage featuring English, but I suppose they need to cater to foreign tourists to keep the doors open.

That hangar is still closed,and this time I visited Monino, Kubinka Tanks Museum,the cosmonaut alley and the new exhibit at VDNKh.
