lockheed2004
Latest build off the bench is shown below. It's the Revell kit with no modifications. I added the intake plugs. Paints are Model Master. Panel line wash using the Detailer. Decals are from Syhart for the 2014 Tiger Meet scheme. The decals performed nicely. Syhart provides masks for the area around the cockpit, which worked great. The kit only provides 2000L fuel tanks. I wasn't sure if these had specific Tiger markings applied, so I just left them plain. Comments and critiques are welcome! Thanks, Brian

lockheed2004
Nice job, Brian. How'd you do the intake plugs? Thanks Gary. They're tissue stuffed into the intake. Then I brushed on a mixture of about 3:1, water:Elmer's glue. I layered on the tissue until the plug was nice and even across the intake. Once it was dry then painted it red. Nice job Brian! That scheme is certainly nice. Here´s a pic of that airframe I have taken at the spotter day of NTM14 at Jagel. Cheers, Joerg Thanks Joerg! It's always nice seeing pictures of the real aircraft.
