Jinxter13
Recently in a well established thread I caught myself using a line from "The Hunt for Red October" to make a point...and wondered how often does this happen to others in everyday life (at work, home, away from home, dinner out, shopping, etc.); for some it happens often as it is used as a tool to like me make a point whether in jest or serious factual communications. Do you find this happens with you or others you know?.
Darren Roberts
You can't handle the truth! I've used that line a few times for fun. The most oft-used line is from Topgun. "I feel the need...the need for speed!"
Horrido
Don't use too many movie lines, but my life seems to be trapped in a Leslie Nielsen skit.
thegoodsgt
Today I used, "It's nice to be nice to the nice." Frank Burns in M*A*S*H. Best TV show ever! Steven Brown Scale Model Soup
Don
Can't say that I use movie lines all that much. But boy there are many days where it feels like I am living in a Three Stooges or Marks Brothers skit... .
afoxbat
Still, some of 'em are just so iconic. " Give me a ping, Vasily,....one ping only..." Regards, Afoxbat

ChippyWho
Many times, oh so many times, I have to bite my tongue off before uttering Warren Oates' memorable admonishment to Daniel Stern in Blue Thunder: "You're supposed to be stupid, son...don't abuse the privilege!"
