If it was perhaps the "Constitution company" then there might be an issue. Boeing, Convair, Grumman etc are company titles, but the Constitution was built by Lockheed . Maybe using the word "Lockheed" might get you in hot water, but Constitution is a common English language word. I suspect that "Constitution" was lost in the English translation... Maybe.....
