I thought this was a stash for auction but it turns out it is a Museum trying to clear some things out and raise some cash. 2,500 kits is a lot of kits!

I recently spoke to a guy who sells on ebay and he bought a collection of 3000 kits from a widow. She was happy to get rid of them at $1500. He had to go pick them up and transport them back to his warehouse. Took him 3 trips and he bought what she had so he got what was in the boxes missing parts and all.

When I am gone my wife can do what the heck she wants with the stuff :)

I'm assuming the buyer will pick what he likes then fill up his vendor table for a few years selling thew rest for a handsome profit.

When you consider the time element and possibly the aggravation element, I doubt it would be handsome.
