Slartibartfast
The description of the 1:48 offerings omit the Texas jet. What's the scoop on that bird? Oops. Upon a third look I see it listed as #7. The one entry without the state name. Edited February 15, 2016 by Slartibartfast

fulcrum1
Yep, seriously. Hired a lawyer and everything. How did it all pan out and what made her believe she owned it?
Jennings
Honestly, I don't remember. It's been more than 20 years ago. She designed it and gave it to the unit, but she maintained that she still owned the copyright on the design.
erik_g
I have no idea what the deal between that woman and the unit was. But unless you specifically mention it in a contract, the copyright of a work stays with the creator, even if you sell a copy of it, or the right to use it to some one else. It can´t be much different from the aircraft manufacturers who sue model companies for making unlicensed kits out of their aircraft.
balls47
Look good? Nope, IT LOOKS GREAT!!! When it comes out, I'll be all over it and the 1/48 scale Viper Heritage sheet. I'll buy one or two copies of each set.
